Descricao:. Manage and lead the brazil pcsd and dcg legal team to support the brazil business operations . Directly participate in the review, drafting and negotiation of a variety of commercial agreements and public bids . Manage litigation (labor-tax-consumer & commercial) and other types of legal proceedings . Advise brazil management on various legal risks including labor/employment, tax, product quality and privacy/data security issues; . Drive a high impact partnership relationship with business and functional leaders in brazil. . Maintain corporate governance of brazil legal entities . Manage outside counsel and carefully monitor legal spend . Support locally the ethics and compliance programs, provide trainings and support internal audit team for investigations; . Evaluate current processes and practices in light of changing business environment; . Represent lenovo in legal matters within sector associations, such as abinee; . Analyze complex legal and business situations and provide solutions and recommendations to meet business goals and legal requirements; .
