Our revenue operations team is the strategic partner of sales, marketing and customer success and is responsible for building a platform to enable exponential growth with tools, programs and processes and surfacing actionable insights that drive data driven decisions and strategy for azion with full accountability for revenue role will be responsible for proposing compensation plan adjustments, elaborating- Co-Create and develop variable compensation plans for revenue organization, propose adjustments and elaborate documents in english, portuguese and spanish.- Work closely with legal, revenue, finance and hcm to identify pain points, and implement improvements.- Document business case analysis and translate business requirements into process, delivering scalable solutions to address the needs of the business.- Create calculations and processes around managing our variable compensation.- Provide timely and accurate commissions calculations.- Identify, recommend, and implement revisions to our compensation programs when they no longer meet the needs of our business.- Create standardized and ad-Hoc reporting for leadership related to compensation and territory management.- Be an advisor for all territory management related matters.- Partner with stakeholders on the the planning process (includes headcount, territory definitions & assignments, target setting by segment/territory, attainment)- Implement the governance and operational working practices of project and program teams.- Ability to quickly build relationships and develop cross functional relationships across the company to help shape the current and future of the revenue operations team to continuously meet the needs of the business.- Identify business existing gaps within the revenue organization and work with the necessary resources to address :- Minimum 5+ years experience in sales operations, revenue operations and process management with a proven track record of success.- Prior experience in the design and administration of sales compensation plan and territory management.- Proven track record of working with and influencing executives, extended teams, and command respect.- Ability to work under pressure, highly adaptable and well organized.- Understanding of sales methodologies, sales processes, and sales tools.- Fluent in english and qualifications- Experience working with hubspot crm tool.- Conducting job analysis, benchmarking and market pricing.- Experience in a b2b sales environment in the software industry.- Experience utilizing sales kpis.- Strong, detailed knowledge of software sales cycles and sales processes.- Advanced knowledge of offers a fixed salary, bonuses for opening new clients, vt, vr, health plan, dental plan and some cool stuff.
