The mission for this role will be to acquire and grwo enterprise customers from various industries and achieve sales and manage relationships with key customers, participate in key customers meetings and deals (in segments food, pharma, beauty, e-Commerce, instand delivery, etc).Build customers development plans and ensure the team implements itbuild a strong enterprise channel to support growth and ensure the team reaches the goalsdevelop enterprise customer strategy based on the company goals and okrs and implement itensure preparation of forecasts and draft sales plans based on the company scheduleresearch of demand for products for key customerscommunicate effectively with operations, product, and customer service to improve customers performancedevelop the teamrequirementsbachelors degree or equivalent experience in business. Mba degree will be seen as an advantage.3+ years in a enterprise sales position with proven experience in personal selling to large and enterprise customers (segments: delivery services, it-Companies, and logistics will be an advantage)professional background from the industries such as: internet services, e-Commerce and last mile logistics, or is network of contacts in the following segments expected: e-Commerce, beauty, instant delivery, pharma, qsr (quick service restaurants), groceries delivery, various marketplaces, apparel, to build long-Term partnerships with clients, good communication, analytical and negotiation skills2+ years experience in people management and leading sales teamsskills in basic principles of forecasting and understanding the local market and its trends in delivery segmenthands- On mentality with a proven ability to get things done in high qualityability to work well with others to achieve results in a fast-Paced dynamic environmentexcellent communication and presentation skills in english (professional or fluent).
