Originate business in são paulo capital area for corporate risks solutions (surety, property, engineering, casualty, marine and agro). Manage relationship with sp capital bradesco seguros branches and insurance brokers. Represent swiss re corporate solutions at conferences, senior client / insurance brokers meetings. Work on projects including business plans, strategies, regional expansions, sales channels development/management solutions for renewals. Work with cross functional internal stakeholders in developing the business. Analyse and communicate market developments including advising on market strategies. Interaction with other parties university degree in engineering/administration/economics/agronomy or possibly co-Related degrees. At least 5 years of experience in the sector (insurance companies: carrier/broker banking). Proven track record of deals closing and market development in brazil. High level network/contacts in insurance market in são paulo capital area is critical. Team spirit and strong sales and commercial drive. Ability to work independent with entrepreneurial mind-Set. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Strong capabilities to work under pressure. Having a good understanding in statistics/excel/power point. Advanced english.
