Experienced professional A snapshot of your day The head of marketing and sales (gs sd) is accountable for developing and owning the strategy for aftermarket sales, including turbomachinery spare parts, spare engines, repair & overhaul, upgrades and long term service programs for brazil for open market and public you&#39ll make an impact- Create and maintain an annual sales strategy based on the market trends- Develop forecast on order intake and report on each on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.- Qualify opportunities through a selectivity process to determine bid strategy and solution.- Develops the market level pricing recommendation based on competitive position, regional strategy, etc.- Develops and manages departmental budgets and business plans for the proposal and sales organization- Responsible for promoting and knowing the entire portfolio of services- Provide voice of the client needs/competitive intelligence, market drivers and buying influences for the development of new product and service offerings.- Responsibility to comply and / or enforce the protocols, policies, guidelines, and competencies of the current integral management system (ehs, quality). - Mandatory for all positions in mex, auditableWhat you bring- University degree in engineering- Professional experience (#10+ years) in relevant experience- Leadership experience- Technical knowledge in turbomachinery, generation and oil & gas market preferably- English and portuguese ( advanced at professional working profiency level.- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 60% of time- Extensive commercial development experience including contract and order negotiation experience- Proven sales success in the oil and gas, power generation, or energy service industry- Prior regional customer knowledge and dealing- Excellent written and oral presentation skillsWho is siemens energy?- At siemens energy, we are more than just an energy technology company.
