Job purpose: the director of business development will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities in the local indonesia latin american market. The successful candidate will work closely with the head of sales to develop and implement a sales strategy that will drive revenue growth and increase market share in the region. Responsibilities: - Identify new business opportunities in the latam market and develop strategies to pursue them. - Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-Makers in target companies. - Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the companys overall business objectives. - Collaborate with cross-Functional teams to develop customized solutions that meet the unique needs of clients in the region. - Monitor market trends and competitor activity and make recommendations based on analysis of market data. - Conduct market research to identify potential new product offerings or market segments. - Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners. - Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients. - Provide regular reports on sales activity, market trends, and business development progress to the director of sales requirements - Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development or sales in the latam market. - Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing new business opportunities market and business practices. - Excellent communication and presentation skills in spanish and english. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong analytical and problem-Solving skills. - To travel frequently within the region.
