Job title: new business manager company: tlc location: global job type: full-Time job description are you ready to join the worlds premier martech solution? We are currently seeking a new business manager who will be responsible for developing new commercial business relationships to generate income for the company. The successful candidate will be required to identify new markets and business opportunities across the local market while growing existing relationships with clients to achieve sales and revenue targets. Tlc is the global martech solution that rewards consumer behavior with experiences. We rely on decades of proprietary data to offer the right experience to every individual, knowing that experiences make life more rewarding! Key responsibilities manage the sales process, from generating leads to closing the sale present tlc products and services through face-To-Face meetings, telephone calls, and emails advise potential clients on products, including forthcoming developments and special promotions build a short/medium/long term sales pipeline in accordance with targets set develop a thorough understanding of client objectives and business requirements gather market and customer information create client proposals and contracts, taking full responsibility for their content and accuracy develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular review meetings ensure a complete and accurate brief is provided in all aspects of the sale understand tlcs terms of business estimate profit levels on all projects ensure payment arrangements are agreed before work commences and that they are enforced occasionally work with client service and finance teams on cash collection on client skills & knowledge proven sales experience knowledgeable in adding value to the business by achieving new business sales understands marketing processes and jargon and can take a consultative view with clients experienced in communicating with clients in all forms of written and verbal communication and able to listen practiced in building effective working relationships with clients and work colleagues and uses these to add value to tlc and our clients and has a portfolio of client contacts takes a commercial view when decision making to maximize the value to both tlc and the client.
