Business development in the assigned sales centers Key responsabilities- Identify and track sales opportunities within the sales centers, defining country-Specific business plans, activities and targets agreements- Coordinate the implementation of a monitoring plan and ensure the continuous control of business development- Work closely with the regional group to ensure success on competitive bidding- Identify top opportunities at early stages, track them and secure all necessary conditions to be successful with the bid- Determine potential for cross-Selling and address the resulting potential through sales measures- Ensure product center support is aligned with local initiatives and activities, liaising with international colleagues- Interact with industry management to generate growth in focus industries, as well as sales management and product management- Collaboration with itatiba apc colleagues to jointly develop industry and product tasksDevelopment of strategic fields- Identify and report on strategic market opportunities within the assigned sales centers- Develop and approach prospective oem customers and focus industries together with the production center team- Responsible for negotiation of pricing conditions with sales centers, channel partners, oems and other partnerships, in coordination with other internal partiesEnabling support to the sales centers- Coordinate and execute trainings and events, both online and face-To-Face- Assist with technical product and industry trainings, and new product launches- Provide sales centers with product usps and sales arguments- Help sales centers to adapt the product offering to diferent customer types and industriesEducation requirement- Engineering or business administration degree in a relevant fieldExperience requirement- Experience of working in a process instrumentation environment, e.G.
