Plan and ensure execution of abb electrification sales strategy to achieve both qualitative and quantitative targets for panel builders channel in a profitable way: orders, revenues, growth, margin, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction. Monitor the channel performance, ensuring development and implementation of correction actions to secure business growth when and where responsibilitiesdefines and implements the brazilian market channel sales strategy in accordance with the marketing and sales strategy and ensures regular key targets and ensures these are achieved for the channel in the panel builders detailed business plans with regular follow up are in to negotiations of global frame agreements and supports sales organization in the offering and proposal process for channel and implements annual performance assessment and forecast process for channel sales and marketing efforts that require channel partner appropriate communication, promotion and training activities in the policies and relevant standards (e.G. Market segmentation, customer due diligence) to be used for channel partner evaluation and training plans for internal teams in all aspects of channel driving strategic partnerships, through developing personal relationships with key partners, customers and other decision for identifying and managing risks relating to contract agreements and prices across customers/backgroundbachelor degree in engineering - Preferably in electrical or mechanical previous experience with indirect sales (eg: channel partners).Required previous commercial experience with low and medium voltage electrification commercial experience in the channel of electrical panel assemblers, industry 4.0 and energy to travel nationally as communication and leadership about uswe look forward to receiving your application (documents submitted in english are appreciated).
