Its diverse product portfolio includes premium organic and inorganic pigments, captivating mica-Based effects and essential chemical intermediates, all backed by prestigious certifications such as iso 14001:2004, ohsas 18001:2007 and iso 17025. It operates through strategically located subsidiaries or sales offices in key locations such as the usa, mexico, the netherlands, china and objective:Chart the course for and spearhead robust sales strategies, driving the vision to achieve top-Tier revenue, sales volumes, market dominance, and unparalleled customer satisfaction.- Anchor the americas sales division, focusing predominantly on the cosmetics sector.- Amplify cosmetic and personal care pigment sales, prioritizing brazil & mexico.- Forge and nurture business alliances.- Streamline indirect sales to smes by strengthening distribution networks and forging ties with regional distributors.- Craft sales blueprints aligned with global visions, ensuring they resonate with an overarching business ethos.- Collaborate with global headquarters to address technical, commercial, and logistical aspects.- Implement initiatives to enhance payment efficiency, ensuring adherence to credit :- A decade or more of experience in technical sales or business growth across the americas, especially brazil, within the cosmetics & personal care domain.- Proven track record in selling pigments or specialty raw materials to niche sectors.- A dynamic, organized, and assertive candidate with a nuanced technical-Commercial acumen.- Attractive compensation starting at $150,000/year, complemented by a potential 20% performance-Based bonus.- Enrollment in 401k retirement savings about the role:- Operational model: 100% remote.- Candidates experienced in selling pigments or specialty ingredients to the cosmetics/personal care sector will be prioritized.- Preference for candidates based in the usa or your resume and our tool will compare it to the requirements for this job like recruiters do.
