What youll be working ongenerate qualified leadslearn and understand abgs brandstrategies. Research themarket and identify new fashion lifestyle licensing partners that mapto your brandportfolio and meet abgs partner qualifications. Build and manage salespipeline:continually drive prospects into leads through high-Volume detailed discovery to learn about the prospects interestsandcapabilities. Partner with business development leadership and brand marketingto develop pitchdecks that clearly align the brand value proposition with theprospects interestsand capabilities. Drive the licensing deal to close:work inpartnership with brand management and business development leadershipteams todevelop business plans and formulate product licensing and manage efficient and productive negotiations of deal terms, takingfullownership of the deal process. Assemble detailed term sheets with concisebusiness terms. Work closely with legal counsel to draft licensing management:track sales activity in crm consistently and productive and goal-Oriented deal processes. Prepare accurate salesforecasts per abgs sales reporting reports and presentations of sales performance as needed. Responsible forquota attainment in assigned business pillarMust haves:5+ years experience innew business development in licensing for lifestyle,beauty, fashion markets in thelatam region5+ years experience in full-Cycle sales from lead generation throughclosing thedeal in the latam regionhave knowledge and understanding of licensees and product categoriespossess an eager demeanor with a fearless and professional drive towinsubstantial cold calling and other forms of outreach are requiredsuccess at negotiating licensing contracts, creatively developing newbusinessideasable to partner closely with licensees to understand their business needsandexplore opportunities for licensing sales successes andchallenges, key retail accounts,development plans and strategyunderstand best practices for licenseeshas a bachelors degreemust be willing and able to travel occasionally as the rolerequires_authenticbrands group is an equal opportunity employer and we value andembrace diversityand inclusion of all teammembers.
