Meta is seeking a strong, experienced professional to identify and develop mid-Market and big companies across brazil to consultative-Sell metas advertising solutions in support of their strategy. The business development account manager will have a huge opportunity to build partnerships, provide leadership and business insight, and deliver on strategic initiatives to the breadth of potential companies in brazil to grow in meta digital solutions. With proven understanding of new business development (hunter) and digital media, this role is responsible for identification, outreach and education for traditional existing and earlier stage companies evaluating the best way to accelerate their development as a business. Success in this position requires a passion for hunting and scoping new opportunities, a strong consultative and analytical sales approach, and the ability to build credible relationships with c-Level stakeholders in a fast-Moving, rapidly evolving environment. The position is based in our sao paulo development account manager, scaled responsibilities:- Develop and implement business strategies to onboard and increase investment in meta digitals solutions by existing and early stage clients, leveraging digital media know-How and industry expertise- Build influence with c-Level stakeholders to understand their vision, strategy, and game pipeline potential- Educate clients on products, new solutions and best practices to drive adoption and grow existing business partnership- Advise on media, measurement, and creative strategy to deliver against client goals- Establish effective collaboration with internal cross-Functional teams and ability to manage complex workstreams and build scaled marketing, education and industry event presence- Be an active contributor of the regional sales team to contribute to overall team new partner acquisition goalsMinimum qualifications:- 6+ years of working experience in sales, business development - Preferable hunter/new business, and digital media/marketing- Client prospection/acquisition and business development experience- Project management and analytical skills required- High level of comfort presenting key client issues in an effort to be the customer advocate within meta- Identify and leverage trends within industry of expertise/focus- Exceptional communication and presentation skills at all levels of an organization- Ability to structure, negotiate, and maintain significant and complex strategic relationships- Advanced englishPreferred qualifications:- Familiarity with advertising terms & conditions.
