Job requirements: - Networking knowledge to a ccnp switching/routing standard. - Two or more years of technical knowledge of isps, routing and bgp. - Knowledge of linux, including os install, network configuration and patching. - Ability to confidently communicate with potential customers during deployment processes. - Ability to work effectively with internal sales and marketing departments as well as external customers. - Duties require conceptual judgment, initiative, and the ability to solve complex customer issues. - Advanced english key responsibilities: - Provide pre- And post-sales technical expertise through presentations, demonstrations, implementations, consistent communication, and ongoing technical consultation. - Play a "technical account management" role within target accounts. This includes relationship and business development activities. - Work together with sales, marketing, and product managers as the technical bridge between sales representatives and their customers. - Generate new business and ensures growth of existing accounts. - Research and present reports showing potential customers the cost benefit of purchasing company products or services. - Provide technical training to clients and communicates customer feedback for future product developments. - Use technical knowledge of product offerings to support and build sales. - Maintain up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that affect target markets, and communicate trends supporting marketing initiatives.
