We are looking for an strategic accounts, sales manager for a successful global company in the solar energy and pv strategic accounts, sales manager you will consult for, and help grow the business across role involves developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, building, and maintaining strong customer relationships, and identifying new customers : identify and close sales opportunities in accordance with the companys overall strategic plans and financial objectives in the regionmaintain relationships with solar distribution channels and strategic accountsactively pursue direct sales leads with installers and utility companiesprovide revenue forecasts and review sales results to ensure targets are being met take corrective action where requirednurture the relationship with leading pv project developers at all levels to ensure that solaredge remains the supplier of choice for their installationsmaintain accurate and up to date customer records in the company crm systemassist the product management teams to define and improve the product portfolio for use in the brazilian market by regularly gathering feedback from customers, business partners and closely monitoring industry trendsprovide input regarding marketing and product positioning strategies specific to the territorysuccessfully execute our brand and messaging strategy and act as an external evangelist of the brandattend tradeshows and conferencesliaise with the local and international teams to ensure that sales targets are being defined and metrequirements: big advantage: ba/bs degree. Bs in a related technical discipline such as electrical engineering or mechanical engineeringmust: minimum 3+ years experience in technical salesmust: previous experience in the pv industrysolid and verifiable track record of overachievement and successfully growing market share and identifying, negotiating/converting and closing large dollar dealsstrong technical aptitude with the ability to understand the technical workings of the solaredge product line and convey the advanced technical product benefits to potential customers in easy-To-Grasp to identify and convert new accounts while maintaining existing relationshipsdemonstrated success in operating effectively in an entrepreneurial, fast-Paced, complex, rapid growth environmenta distinct customer service interpersonal verbal and written communication working for an international organization is mustfluent in portuguese and english.
