Our platformhelps our clients (linkedin, jpmorgan chase, pwc, bank of america,marks & spencers others) maintain and maximize relationships withtheir our platform, customers are able to driverecruiting efforts, sales opportunities and brand advocates back intotheir the roleThe customerexperience manager will report to the vp of value to the customer:this role isongoing relationship and delivery/project management, supportingcustomers for continued success. The cx manager will liaise directlywith customers, assist in product support and troubleshooting, andprovide proactive updates on the product and customers leveraging value to the team:internally, the role acts asthe voice of the customer to the product and engineering teams, whilecollaborating with customer operations colleagues and reporting backto business leadership. This role needs to operate within controls andcompliance protocols with the ability to deliver for customers whilemaintaining organizational procedures - Establish strongrelationships with key customer stakeholders and maintain consistentlines of communication to drive high customer satisfaction.-Manage projects effectively to deliver on-Time, while maintainingconsistent communication with customer.- Take an active role inmonitoring and actioning customer-Facing service desk ticketsreplying to customers and/or escalating to development teams.-Partner with sales and customer success teams to identify commercialopportunities within active accounts and align customer goals andstrategy to product deliverables.- Provide multi-Faceted supportboth to customers and internal teams, including resolving problems,explaining products and services, training on use of software,configuration of software, and troubleshooting.- Maintain workingknowledge of an ever-Evolving software solution as a productexpert.- Communicate effectively with technical and non-Technicalroles in product, development, sales, solutions, and &experienceRequired- Strong project & timemanagement, organizational, and prioritization skills.- 1-3 yearsof relevant work experience in customer-Facing projects.- Abilityto collaborate with and lead teams influencing withoutauthority.- Comfort in working with high-Profile customers,experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders.- Abilityto comprehend and explain technical concepts and solutions, especiallyto non-Technical people.- An obsession with providing thebest-In-Class customer service - Project management or agilecertification(s).- Experience with jira, or comparable role is part of a global customer experience &customer success team and will interact with customers across varioustime zones.
