What youll do: proactively seeks and builds broader organizational relationships that influence account development and management creates opportunities for other account team members to collaborate with customer team and build relationships coaches and leads team members to identify business opportunities and signals that the customer may need additional products/services works effectively cross-Functionally across the organization to support, address, and drive broader segment-Level business issues or initiatives utilizes knowledge of the organizations business model and operations to drive high-Impact projects and complex analyses that support the organizations mission leverages deep understanding of the policies, practices, trends, and information that impact the organization and its customers to plan for future projects collaborates with and coaches colleagues in other departments to develop and assess the viability of potential strategies to address business issues/opportunities develops recommendations and presents the business case for change, including viability of solution, implementation considerations, and an implementation roadmap applies deep knowledge of standard contract terms and conditions to help answer customer questions engages in discussion in more complex situations to help others arrange agreements and ensure maximum value and sustainability for all parties cultivates relationships with broad groups inside the organization (e.G., leadership team, business partners) and externally with key constituents, partners, and allies (e.G., government, industry groups) provides recommendations for managing challenging relationships develops measures to ensure the organizations products, services, and solutions continue to perform against customer needs/expectations supervision to be exercised and received: 3 area managers direct supervision from vice president, latam who you are: proficiency in english + portuguese + spanish expert communicator shows mastery in sales techniques familiar and experienced in leading complex global account relationships bachelors or masters degree in a related field or equivalent related professional experience extensive experience in a similar capacity 12+ years for bachelors degree 10+ years for masters degree well versed in leveraging existing relationships to uncover business drivers and works collaboratively with the customer account team and key decision makers within the company to affect mutually beneficial solutions confident in guiding others in creating plans for complex and global accounts, ensuring intimate knowledge of the industry and competitive environment of the organization before creating plans to accurately meet the customers needs utilizes knowledge of the business and financial impact of decisions/solutions to drive high-Impact projects that support the organization and contribute to financial performance experienced in contract negotiation and collaborating with stakeholders to explain difficult concepts subject matter expert in complex offerings, guiding others to find solutions to meet complex and unique needs of the customer and ensure customer retention # li-Lm1about expedia group expedia group (nasdaq: expe) powers travel for everyone, everywhere through our global platform.
