Job title account manager key responsibilities define account growth objectives and develop strategy to achieve results through an account plan. Build the account sales budget annually, monitor sales and profitability against objectives. Identify and explore new business opportunities with customers. Get clear and complete briefing from clients, translate their needs into firmenich projects and brief creation and development team. Manage internal projects to deliver against the account plan, briefs and new opportunities. Identify and document business potentials and competitive landscape and manage the commercial relationship with the customers (e.G. Payment terms, prices and price conditions, order pattern etc). We value bachelors or masters degree or equivalent (business administration, economics, marketing, science). Ingredient/flavor or fragrance sales experience. Fluent english. Ability to develop successful client relationships and position firmenich as a key business partner. Good team player, seen as a strong partner by the development teams involved in clients projects. Leadership and high drive (mainly with non-Hierarchical partners), efficient decision making. Strong business acumen (pricing, sales and profitability, firmenich P&L, expenses, client overdue...).
