We seek to extensively engage with clinical communities to communicate product improvements and prioritise environmental, social, and governance considerations across the business and workforce. Pharmanovias therapeutic areas include cardiovascular, oncology, endocrinology and neurology. About the role reporting to the general manager latam you will be responsible for the growth of the business in brazil. Driving sales of our product portfolio, achieving annual targets in terms of top line and profitability as well as identifying, proposing, and implementing novel ways to grow our business organically, including new product opportunities, sales and marketing initiatives at various level and targeting different audiences (wholesalers, retailers, pharmacy chains, kols, specialists prescribers etc.) . Main responsibilities: managing sales with the partners and follow up in-Market sales through all channels: wholesalers, pharmacy chains, hospitals, tenders and other commercial channels managing business planning and budgeting, in terms of volume and profitability for brazil ensuring effective sales process management, forecasting and reporting accuracy developing effective sales strategy and ensure implementation and delivery, always overseeing sales performance ensuring successful achievement of pharmanovia sales goals in brazil, with an ambition to exceed those goals maintaining service levels to key stakeholders maintaining thorough knowledge of the market, of economic indicators, of changing trends and of competition nurturing and managing existing relationships, to ensure longevity of profitable partnerships establishing good relationships with the partner and build relevant personal networks, to ensure the company exploits all appropriate sales channels capture increased market share and enhance brand awareness in the territory, by working with the marketing function to define product and market strategy, to enhance brand recognition and maintain and build customer satisfaction about you - Our ideal candidate will be an experienced relationship builder with a successful and progressive career in the pharmaceutical industry. You will be ambitious and capable of achieving challenging performance goals, maximizing growth opportunities and helping steer the company through a period of change. We are looking for: experience of managing key accounts ideally in the context of off-Patent, branded generics and/or specialty products proven history managing business partners in brazil knowledge of brazilian pharma market, especially the neuro market. Ability to manage and coordinate projects that involve manufacturing, supply and technical context (e.G. Technical transfers, bridging stocks, import testing, analytical method transfers experience of developing and implementing sales strategy ideally in the context of branded generics and/or specialty products strong commercial skills, astute, with a track record of high sales achievement, in a pharmaceutical environment in brazil, especially on the neuro (cns) market. Significant track record of sales in a pharmaceutical environment (including neuro business) strongly developed skills and experience in managing sales through multiple channels in the public and private sector experience of selling mature/established off-Patent brands or, failing this, branded generics and their introduction of products into the brazilian market experience of managing a sales p&l with proven negotiation skills an understanding of new product development and the role and activities associated with entering a market and product launch commercially astute and entrepreneurial, with strong financial awareness a passion for negotiation and deal-Making fluent in portuguese and english what we offer: we offer a competitive salary plus bonus and rewards package including holiday, health & wellbeing program, employee recognition awards, social events, pension scheme and hybrid working.
