Sales account manager to grow our revenue with multinationals and reginal customers and strengthen sensient personal care image in is thrilling about this role?We offer you a comprehensive eight weeks on-Boarding training. This secures a solid foundation to understand the organization and its products, technologies, systems, supporting functions and culture, which enhances your ability to quickly become productive and integrated into the sensient organization. This, together with your background in a scientific discipline, economics, or your technical sales experience, will be critical to make an impact in the business. We also offer you an unlimited sales incentive that, you will focus on delivering new sales opportunities with existing and new accounts, while acquiring and maintaining an in-Depth knowledge of the market and accounts to develop our personal care business in brazil. To continuously help you to be successful in this position we support you in working cross-Functionally with our strong r&d, commercial, operational and service teams. Fluency in english is required, since it would allow you to collaborate and communicate effectively inside and outside the your at least 6 years of sales experience in a b2b technical sales environment (within cosmetics, specialty chemicals, or other value-Added ingredients), your excellent customer service orientation, communication and negotiation skills, and your drive to win, you will be able to grow our sales revenue and build successful, long-Term client note that this position can be home based in são paulo area with the ability to be in the santana de paranaiba office very monday.
