American company seeks to own a platform that is revolutionizing the music collaboration industry, looking for an technical support to join the team!He ideal candidate should have the following qualities:must be able to identify areas needed for improvement and work on solutions. Must have excellent communication must be able to work individually and in group settingsmust be able to think outside the boxjob description:respond to support tickets with quick response time and attempt to resolve on the first contactgather necessary information to help resolve tickets and forward to the appropriate team member(s) if unable to resolve on your ownreport any website/product issues to engineers and management in a timely mannerstay up-To-Date on product/feature changes and be able to quickly learn and adapt to how the new product/features workhandle multi-Tasking and high volumes of support tickets effectively and efficientlyjob requirements:at least 1 year customer support experienceavailable nights and weekends (mandatory)flexible hours  (mandatory)primary language english and proficient communication at least 6 months experience with beatstars (longer is preferred)follows instructions extremely wellprevious technical experience requiredmusic knowledge a pluszendesk experience a plus but not requiredcommunication method used:  emailjob type:  full-Timebenefits:  paid time offcontratação: pj40 horas semanaisno dresscodelocal de trabalho: bairro petrópolis - Porto alegre/rs (-Br/)
