What you will do: this positionisresponsible for serving as the strategic arm to child andfamilywell-Being operations dedicating time to building apreventionframework for the system of care and being the executivepoint ofcontact for the lead agency organizations in theappropriategeographical location. How you will make an impact : thisisprofessional work supervising and directing employees includingbutnot limited to communicating with, motivating, training,evaluatingemployees, planning, and directing their work and havingtheauthority to effectively recommend actions such as: hire,transfer,suspend, layoff, promote, discharge, assign, and reward ordisciplinedirect reports. Qualifications: bachelors degree in business orrelatedfield (equivalent years of experience can substitute foreducationrequirements) required. Bachelors degree in health and humanservicesfield preferred. 5 years of experience in successfullydeveloping highquality business strategies and plans ensuring theiralignment withshort-Term and long-Term objectives is required. 5 yearsof experiencein successfully overseeing operations and businessactivities toensure they produce the desired results and areconsistent with theoverall organizational strategy and mission isrequired. 5 years ofexperience in the health and human services fieldor workforce fieldis preferred.
