Location: cotia/sao paulo/brazil key responsibilities: run the flavors applications projects, developing new products and solutions for beverage industry support the relationship with cross-Functional teams (sales, creation, marketing, innovation, etc), ensure accuracy of projects information as well with hands-On approach preparation of prototypes to present to customers and also for trade shows and events provide technical support to the customers and to sales force lead and support technicians trainees, guiding and challenging them to deliver the best results roll-Out existing ways of working and implement new or improved methods as needed take care of beverage lab facilities and equipments, as well as the applications following the haccp rules we value: barchelors degree is required (food science, chemical or related discipline) technical background in flavors or ingredients, technologies, additives. Knowledge in sugar reduction and sweeteners to develop new products and solutions knowledge in emulsions and alcoholic beverages development dynamic person, focused on the beverage market. Able to bring in new ideas/trends and carry them out. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills customer focused and results driven.
