Responsible for developing, implementing and validating the cleaning and sanitation program considering all supply chain process in the factory to support operations team in best pratices for producing products in comply to the food safety and quality cargill, customers and regulatory bodies requirements. Lead the basic food programs such as pest control, food safety inspections, gmp and housekeeping providing protocols, guidance, procedures, standard works and training to develop the knowhow and food safety culture in the shop floor. Support the food safety management system and certification process contributing with information and improve consistently the system approach. Develop and elaborate the cleaning and sanitization program in the shop floor, providing the documentation required to support the program: Work instructions, procedures, guidances and protocols and the validation. In addition, develop the service level agreement with cargill strategic sources for the external contractor (experts suppliers). Provide food safety basic capability throught employees training related to cleaning and sanitation program and evaluate the effectiveness developing smart kpis. This includes integration of new employees and outsourced employees. Be the guardian of good manufacturing practices (gmp), housekeeping on the site through the professional capacitation programs for the operational team, internal gmp/housekeeping/food safety inspections aligned with the global and regional standards be responsible for integrated control of pest and pigeons program, acting strongly in the conduct of the work with the service provider, establishing and verifying the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions taken. Participate actively in the food safety team as well as reviews of haccp studies. Support the processes of root cause evaluation and treatment of deviations of nonconformities (internal, clients, internal and external audits) of microbiology through the application of quality tools like ishikawa, 5ws dmaic, pdca, among others. Monitor the action plan and perform the effectiveness assessment. Requisitos: Education (includes formal education, certifications, accreditations, etc.) minimum bachelors degree in animal science, food science, biological science, chemical science, pharmaceutical science or related fields. Intermediate technical knowledge in the areas of food safety, risk assessment, quality assurance and food safety management system.
