Being example for the leadership team and the organization. Guarantee the best talent strategy to assure succession coverage in the market thought the right strategy of recruitment, development & retention. Drive initiatives to guarantee high levels of engagement, inspiration & connection of the employees. Lead the d&i strategy focus on gender balance & ethnicity (first wave), pcds, lgbt+ (second wave)be a key influencer & member of the executive committee qualifications and responsibilities:high business sense, strategic mindset & agility. Great leadership skills (business leader vs. Functional leader)demonstrate that can pioneer against a fast-Changing agenda & dealing with ambiguity proven track record to significantly influence a broad range of senior team members. Demonstrable experience as hr executive leading key hr areas as: talent, reward, hrbp, org. Design, culture, and being an i&d ambassador. People and analytical skills.
