Resumo das funções: contribuinte individual profissional de nível de entrada representando o ponto de entrada mais comum para esse fluxo de carreira trabalha sob supervisão direta em uma ampla gama de ambientes de serviços administrativos corporativos. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities: Work closely with the senior management to provide administrative support. Scan and upload media files and documents into the system. File documents and media files in soft and hardcopy. Ensure name cards are categorize accordingly. Manage office supplies stock and place orders. Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets. Maintain and update company databases or any other administration database. Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents. Answer administration support queries by employees. Update office policies as needed. Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments. Book meeting rooms as required. Distribute and store correspondence (e.G. Letters, emails and packages) Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned. Arrange travel and accommodations. Schedule in-House and external events. Requisitos: to be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications: A degree in the related job field. Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential. Willing to relocate to the job location. Previous experience as a project administrator, junior document controller will be looked upon favourably. High degree of integrity and confidentiality are essential attributes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. It savvy. Organized.
