Job summary:the south america technology marketing manager will be responsible for the growth and development of the south america technology (fuse) driving all business plans. The technology marketing manager will work hand in hand with all the brand leaders (massey ferguson, valtra and fendt) and will develop and execute a growth plan that aligns with agco’s strategic business plan for all fuse products and smart farming division. This position will also motivate and guide all other members of the south america business, looking after the business from cradle to grave working closely with all functions as pricing, supply chain, quality, sales teams, technical service, parts and agronomic services of the fuse & smart farming business. Define and align strategic partnership to offer the best technology services in the market. Job responsibilities:·driving growth plans for the sa fuse and smart farming business;·financial responsibilities as defined in company policies;·customer satisfaction growth within the sa fuse business;·roadmap and features / service definition to attend fuse growth plan by region and brand;·driving a build to order culture in the south america business.·develop agronomic base information for future product and service development. Requirements:·bachelor degree (or equivalent). Masters in business or related field is a plus·fluent english.·experience in marketing, engineering, manufacturing engineering, product support or product management·deep agronomic and digital knowledge is required.·substantial experience organizing, analyzing, and presenting data to generate insights·extensive experience managing teams, both through direct line management and by influencing; strategy, integration, transformation
