You will be responsible for open continuous product improvements (cpi) especially for our mining range coordinating with stake holders globally and factory/supply locally. Activities may include: the rt&d engineer will be responsible for improving, developing, and validating technologies and products, working in close collaboration with global rt&d group and local engineering. Nevertheless, dealing successfully with multiple interfaces - Namely customers, manufacturing, quality, suppliers, etc. is a key element for developing the activities. Take charge of development activities in western region. Continuous product improvement cpi - And fixes. The person will lead the development of technical solutions. Workshop testing factory relationship. The person will elaborate tests, from the very conceptual phase until result analyzes and conclusions. Design governance the person will contribute to assure that stablished procedures are followed to have a success design process. Organize and make technical information easily accessible and straightforward. Engage and communicate to ensure alignment and collaboration between all project stakeholders. Qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities: Bachelors degree in engineering (mechanical, mechatronics or related areas). 3 to 5 years of experience in relevant field, e.G. Heavy machinery and manufacturing, oem experience, etc. Experience in r&d projects and or with product development projects. Excellentcommunication skills in english language, additional languages advantageous Knowledge of manufacturing and assembling methodologies. Knowledge about bill of materials and product cost. Cad (preferably inventor and autocad) and cae knowledge. Erp (preferably sap). Plm/pdm (preferably teamcenter).
