Technology searches for a technical delivery manager this position will be responsible for manages projects limited in scope to lob products, processes or functions although some may have cross-Functional or inter-Departmental implications. Serves as secondary contact to senior department managers for critical change initiatives and provides assistance to :- Manage the implementation and configuration of various systems and solutions- Engage with stakeholder in discussions of the business situation and strategy- Work with the business users to define the project scope and timelines- Formulate and execute project plans, and manage cross- Functional project teams across multiple geographies, solution practices and business domains- Responsible for end-To-End delivery of multiple related material projects- Manages, leads and direct the work efforts of resources that may be functionally aligned as part of the project or projects- Responsible for end-To-End integration of various work streams in order to deliver the intended project solution- Accountable to ensure that all applicable enterprise standards, enterprise procedures and any flu/cf procedures are followed for the project and documentation meets enterprise and line of business requirements- Document and maintain complex business models, should interact with all departments and should participate on business definition skills and requirements:- Pmp certified- Solid knowledge of software development life cycle (agile and waterfall)- Previous experience in banking segment handling complex projects- Contribute to risk culture by holding self-Accountable to managing risk- Excellent oral and written communication (english-Spanish)- Demonstrated compliance culture- Drive adoption of operational processes- Ability to work in group- Remains positive and focused during times of pressure or adversity- Strong ability to identify, analyze and solve problems- Strong analytical skills and strong knowledge about business process, and product life cycles- Ability to engage with the client in technology discussions- Project management experience: planning, scheduling, project communication, issue resolution- Experience in planning project deliverables and roadmap in close collaboration with product owners- Ability to coordinate across developers, vendors, and business users- Experience in issue resolution across multiple locations and businesses- Demonstrated skill in client relationship management and ability to manage, direct and command respect from technical and delivery team members- Self-Motivated, pro-Active individual, comfortable working in a fast-Paced environment and able to drive a project from concept to delivery- Windows products including visio and band:hhift:hours per week:40weekly schedule:referral bonus amount:0.
