Job description:work closely with internal and external businessstakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements, maintaingood relationships in with all stakeholderswork closely with hqproject team to maintain and implement global standardized solutionsand frameworks for it servicestranslate business it requirements intotechnical requirements precisely. Drive full-Scale infrastructureproject proposal with the technical team and hq team to present tomanagement define resource allocation, project scope, roles andresponsibilities and project timelinedrive project direction andactively monitor project status to ensure high quality of projectdelivery. Review and report to stakeholders regularly as a timelyupdateidentify and address problems that arise with the project alternatives/work-Around in time to ensure project deliverablesstill meet expectationsensure uat/sit acceptable from projectpersonnels and report to stakeholders on project outcomes to conductproper project closure and handover to operation phasecreate andmaintain records of project documentationsidentify optimisationopportunities on solutions / processes / standard frameworks, etc,work with hq team to propose and implement to support the idea ofpursuing better it experiencejob requirements:bachelors degree of itor business discipline, or background in technology environmentdelivering solutions or projectsminimum 4 years of relevant experiencein a similar role. Passionate in it infrastructure domainstrongstakeholder management capabilities and strategic mindset to adviseand manage internal and external partnershigh quality and successfulproject delivery experience in it infrastructure setup and and system setup project experience, coordination experiencewith multiple regions are added advantagesstrong coordination andexcellent project management skills, vendor management skillsgoodsense of problem locating, analytical and problem-Solvingcapabilitiesresult oriented, outstanding sense of prioritization, andtime managementexcellent reporting and documentation skills to ensuretimely, clear, and concise information flow among allstakeholderscomfortable and agile to work in a fast-Pacedenvironmentresilient to stress, able to face urgent requests withclear mindset of processesgood interpersonal and communication skillsto interact effectively at all levels and with hq project managementteam.#J-18808-Ljbffr#J-18808-Ljbffr #J-18808-Ljbffr.
