Descrição das atividades lead and build a strong team to support the business to deliver efficiency as per customers and business systems requirement, by applying agile methodology provides strategic input and assistance in the development of company priorities manage complex projects delivering creation of automate workflow, business rules analysis, suggest solutions that solves main problems and deliver business value facilitates corporate initiatives that aim at improving corporate competitiveness, service quality and cost savings conducts periodic analysis of business data to identify improvements opportunities manage and monitor all system projects and has the responsibility for execution, final delivery and improvement release develops and manages project schedules status, project resources, deliverables, issues, risk assessment and timeliness throughout the project conducts regular project status meeting and reports, keeps management and key stakeholders informed on a timely basis on project progress, status and concerns ensures deadlines are met by participating in resources planning, effectively planning, organizing and prioritizing together with it project manager provides leadership to the project team, conducts performance review and provides input into project performance reviews for each team members. Shares knowledge, coaches and mentors less experience members negotiates resolution of conflicting requirements across the organization ensure all actions adheres to policies and procedures that are compliant with industry and regulatory policies challenge project scope and aim to maximize roi expected results: the goal is to ensure that all projects deliver the value outcome to our organization. Pré requisitos degree: bachelors degree on business. It and system requirements: extensive acknowledged on microsoft tools. Language: english fluent experience: experience on team leadership and/or 3 years of experience in system project management, methods (agile methodology highly recommended) and tools.
