Job title: machine learning engineer location: campinas, brazil responsibilities: plan, oversee and lead projects from ideation through to completion ensure communication between internal and external stakeholders to achieve defined goals contribute to the development and maintenance of a global product in a cross-Functional team create reports for executive staff and design risk mitigation plans to avoid delays and expectations follow development of solutions, maintain alignment between cross-Teams, and identify opportunities of knowledge and workforce transfer handle planning, break down large projects, manage relationships between teams, stakeholders and clients, and oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation ensure on-Time delivery without compromising quality interview new talents and manage large and diverse teams lead the development team and guarantee team health, motivation and capacitation requirements: bachelors degree in computer science, business, industrial engineer or a related field good english communication skills (written and spoken) experience seeing projects through the full life cycle excellent analytical and interpersonal skills proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline experience with agile projects is a plus project management professional (pmp) certification is a plus people oriented with transformative leadership and stress management skills ability to multitask and manage various project elements simultaneously innovation-Focused with a willingness to learn and evolve constantly sense of ownership, leadership skills, and experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams resilient and efficient communication with the team and the company to identify issues and demands autonomy to recognize current and new priorities while evaluating impact on final results what we offer: performance based bonus fourteen annual salaries private pension plan meal allowance casual office and dress code days off health, dental and life insurance medicine discounts gympass and zenklub partnerships childcare subsidies and discounts on ambev products newvalue partnership and scholarship school materials assurance and language and training platforms transport allowance (rules applied).
