Overview as a project manager you will be responsible for overseeing customer network orders during its quote to bill lifecycle to facilitate seamless delivery of orders within the committed lead time and at the targeted quality level. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-Paced environment with colleagues and customers located worldwide. Success in this role means you pay attention to detail, be time sensitive, possess influencing skills and enjoy working with others of diverse backgrounds. What you will do: Be the single point of contact for our requesters on matters related to customer network orders and their delivery, Oversee the quote to bill life cycle of customer network orders to facilitate timely and accurate processing of requests/ orders and delivery of services. Identify customer needs and issues by maintaining an excellent relationship with customers/ requesters and stakeholders. Take ownership of priority requests, plan, organise and coordinate with different parties (sita internal and external) ensuring that required actions are taken to meet customer expectations. Manage risks and issues and own escalations (in liaison with line management) and also ensure that customers fulfill their obligations and recover costs in case of lapses. Ensure effective transition of delivered orders to sita operations and billing and conduct a formal project closure, including documentation of any lessons learned. Be accountable for service delivery performance, meet customer expectations, and drive future demand. Build, share and discuss activity and performance dashboard with relevant stakeholders periodically. Develop a deep understanding on different sita products and processes to support the seamless delivery of services to customers. Qualifications who you are: 3 years or more in project management Two or more small to medium sized projects using established project management methodologies Ideally 2-3 years in it solutions provider environment with knowledge of sita-Like products and underlying technologies University degree or equivalent You are bilingual, or comfortable enough to attend and lead meetings in both portuguese and english Knowledge of spanish is a plus, as there are potential meetings with clients in all south america what we offer sitas workplace is all about diversity: many different countries and cultures are represented in our workforce, and colleagues whove been working here for decades collaborate with those just out of college and early in their careers.
