Jcr pharmaceuticals do brasiljcr is a specialty pharma company engaged in the research, development, manufacturing and marketing of biopharmaceuticals and regenerative medicine with a focus on rare philosophy, "contributing towards peoples healthcare through pharmaceutical products" drives jcr to create innovative pharmaceutical products as value-Added treatment options for the under-Served patient responsibilities include the followingleads the medical strategy for jcr brazil, developing a medical tactical plan in alignment with jcr headquarters in japan;supporting jcr brazil in the development of high-Quality medical up-To-Date information, documents, in addition to ensuring accuracy and scientific balance;rare disease awareness, medical education, multichannel engagement strategies, high-Risk patient testing strategies, diagnostic program strategies, medical services, support to marketing and patient support program strategies;develops and implements medical plans that address patient needs, partnering with jcr’s headquarters in japan. Being responsible for conducting comprehensive medical information review and educational materials/programs, converting overly complex medical-Scientific content into tactics;develop high quality, scientifically sound jcr’s information and documents to fulfill informative requests from brazilian health authorities, as well as hospital, clinics and patients;to technically support market access responsible during the development of dossiers/protocols (pcdt) strategies;ensure comprehensive, high quality, medical review and appropriate signoff/approval of material/programs in a timely fashion, in comply with applicable laws and relevant regulations;leads the management of product launching, organizing studies, registries, ensuring proper documentation and oversight the project;organizes and implements medical education events and face-To-Face or virtual meetings for different stakeholders;organizes and supports medical projects like patient’s support programs and early access programs;acts as a trusted and credible medical science discussion partner by engaging appropriately in scientific/ medical exchange with the medical community;responsible for overview and budget calculation related to medical activities;provides medical support on regulatory strategies for registration of new products or line extensions and marketing in product, pricing and go-To-Market strategies;provides medical training to local affiliate functions, such as sales & marketing and regulatory affairs;to work along with the marketing team for the development and update of kols/advocates;to closely collaborate with global team of jcrj, as well as jcr-Usa and jcr-Europe in the future, for global evidence building;to scientifically support the material review process conducted by compliance officer in corporation with other member of compliance team;to play an integral role through the development of ethical relationships with clinical, regulatory affairs, sales and finance qualificationsmedical degree is in english – japanese is a plusprevious experience with rare disease business acquired through sales and marketing career at rare disease pharmaceutical understanding of rare disease working alongside with regulatory affairs, drug safety, legal and compliance launch experience is as management experience is a presentation and communication skills.
