Customer support team lead as the customer support team lead brazil, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer support departments daily operations and managing the brazilian customer base. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the gaming industry, is results-Driven, and loves leading and developing teams. The role Supervise the daily operations of the customer support department in brazil Provide guidance, support, and training to the team to ensure they perform at their best Develop and maintain relationships with customers from brazil and ensure their needs are met Monitor customer interactions and ensure high-Quality service is delivered Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner Work closely with management to identify opportunities for improvement and implement necessary changes Collect and analyze data to measure team performance, customer satisfaction, and identify areas for improvement. Requirments Fluent english, written and spoken is must have At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within contact center/customer support department Excellent leadership and management skills Experience in the gaming industry is a plus Proven track record of delivering high-Quality customer service Able to work under pressure and meet targets in a fast-Paced environment Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required ...
