We consider persons with disabilities for all our opportunities. #wearebrf job description propose and align the strategy revision scope for the year design and coordinate the strategic revision process deliver long term strategic plan to be approved to the board on time comprising: long term growth levers, milestones, enablers, resources (capex, opex, people..) financials, key success metrics and risk map deploy the long term strategy through: communication, budget y+1, performance management guidance to strategy execution structure strategic priorities for the organization y+1 and implement strategic scorecard with semestral strategy check sessions map and align strategic insights priorities for the organization conduct trimestral priority check for insights to ensure the best allocation of efforts conduct the studies (periodic & ad-Hoc) and synthesize the key implications for the organization coordinate the structuring and the follow-Up of strategic responses with clear objectives and kpis map, prioritize and manage the key data providers and strategic insights sources skill sets strong analytical skills: and solving complex problems strong communication skills strong leadership, interpersonal relationship and influencing skills solution and result oriented strong synthetizing skills fast learner, curious, continuous focus on value generation organized, structured and objective proactive, sense of urgency & prioritization advanced english availability to travel stay tuned on our website to be aware about all the job opportunities we have!.
