Consultant infrastructure (end user/networking/support) - Sr araquari / sc Requisitos: - Provide the required services and support related to the end user workstation, servers and networking environment, output/printer equipment, telecommunications, print/file services, and client software services such as productivity tools and process improvements to allow for state of the art, effective and cost efficient workflow, problem resolution and communication; - Provide management of the outsourced it hotline services, supporting the pc workstation and printing environments; - Provide management of operational day-to-day activities ensuring that established service levels and slas with suppliers are respected in support of the business customers, providing an escalation point and process for problem resolution, and implementation of the companys standard practices across support center; - Support local server and applications managed by local it solution providers; - Kpi analyze and tickets follow up when needed; - Support and implementation of structured cabling; - Support for face-to-face and remote employees; - Management and inventory of it equipment - Support and management of telecommunications equipment (pabx and smartphone); - Hardware support (notebook and desktop); Tempo de contrato: Indeterminado Horario: comercial
