In Insights we help clients grow great brands through comprehensive research-Based qualitative and quantitative solutions.- Media&Digital Research ManagerWho you areWe are looking for a Research Manager to be part of the Media&Digital domain team. Your primary responsibility will be to work directly with clients to secure, manage and deliver successful Media & Digital projects, to create meaningful impact on clients business, guaranteeing the growth of the business in Brazil. You will also work in synergy with client service teams and advertisers, agencies and publishers to provide expert counsel and ensure high quality deliverables across all youre motivated by the idea of rolling up your sleeves and collaborating across functions to help to grow the Media & Digital domain business in Brazil, this role is for you.- What youll do- Manage the design, implementation and delivery of client projects- Translate insights into engaging stories with clear and concise implications that will help clients make better marketing decisions- Chair client meetings- Demonstrate confidence and strong interpersonal skills in client facing situations- Deliver effective advice and consultancy to your clients- Instigate and facilitate client discussions to better understand their business issues- Plan and manage projects and resources to ensure on time and effective delivery across all client deliverables- Manage client and stakeholder communication throughout each project- Design appropriate research solutions to drive meaningful insight for your clients business- Develop presentations that address research objectives and provide actionable insights- Develop strong relationships with existing key client contacts that result in identifying and securing additional business for the Media&Digital domain- Provide support to other team members to ensure account responsibilities and deliverables are met to a high standard and in agreed timelines- Provide advice and assistance to other team members to ensure impactful insights and recommendations are delivered across all projects- Manage a team of research analysts- What you ll need- 6+ years experience on media and research jobs related.- 4+ years experience on client management/facing.- Fluency in English required, Spanish is a plus- Degree in Marketing, Advertisement, Business Administration- Advanced understanding of media ecosystems - Relationships between creative agency, buying agency, publishers, and clients- Demonstrated experience in interfacing clients- Expertise to drive multiple projects in a fast-Paced and dynamic environment to successful execution through turbulence and/or ambiguity.- Strong analytical and promotional skills- Proficiency in crafting creative, inspiring, solution-Driven stories that communicate complex concepts simply, throughout collecting, and analysing data using basic research techniques- Passion for understanding the customer and digging to identify client needs and solutions- Ability to relate research data to client business issues and make recommendations- Ability to build and maintain strong business contacts- Negotiation and persuasion skills- Demonstrated understanding of key principles of advertising planning, buying, and strategy- Demonstrated ability to interpret media plan, understand the underlying strategy implementation implications- Experience delivering presentations confidently and persuasively- LocationSão Paulo, Avenida Francisco Matarazzo Ground and 4th FloorBrazil- Kantar Rewards Statement- At Kantar we have an integrated way of rewarding our people based around a simple, clear and consistent set of principles.
