Key responsibilities:- Develop and plan market access projects and activities with accountability for successful completion of all project actively lead and work seamlessly with business units on market access- Projects include creating new therapeutic/device charge code, obtaining pricing approval and obtaining reimbursement approval to enable and improve access of innovative therapeutic solutions for structural heart disease and advanced critical care technologies to simplify decision-Making in the hospital environment.- Develop local market access opportunities in collaboration with the bus team- Provide direction and guidance to external project teams to execute tactical market access projects and/or initiatives.- Participate on internal product launch teams. Identify and evaluate market access process improvement and/or course correction/course alignment opportunities.- Actively participate in industry groups and forums to maintain dialogue with payers and influence policy formulation and implementation whenever appropriate.- Build and maintain trustful relationship with kols and healthcare related authorities.- Responsible for ensuring strictly a thorough understanding of edwards lifesciences code of ethics (titanium book), upholding a commitment to compliance and operates with integrity within all business objectives- Other incidental duties: trainings, reports, and experience:- Bachelors degree in area such as (but not limited to): engeneering, pharmaceutical, math, statistician, administration, economy and others.- 10 years of related experience in pharmaceutical or medical devices industry.- Solid experience in pharma/medical devices reimbursement/market access, including competency in health technology assessment and healthcare analytics.- Experience on how to navigate in the brazilian private market environment, stakholder engagement/management and shaping the dynamic skills:- Self-Motivated, result oriented, problem solver with strong ownership and leadership skills.- Proven successful project management skills- Strong communication and influencing skills, able to work in a matrix environment and to work with key decision makers at ans and hmos levels.- Capacity to deliver impactful communications through a balanced analytical and creative approach to complex technical matters.- Strong understanding of the current healthcare system and market access environment.- Ability to navigate in whitespaces with a high-Level of initiative to formulate solutions and shape the drive decision-Making- Ability to build robust relationships with kols (medical, health-Economists, other) and healthcare related authorities, mainly from private perspective.- Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization #J-18808-Ljbffr.
