The opportunity: manage, develop, and implement market access strategies and tactics for access and retention of csl behrings products in brazil by demonstrating their therapeutic, economic, and societal value using a deep knowledge of the local environment- Elaborate and implement market access plans in the assigned regions for new products as well as for the existing portfolio of csl behring brazil aligned with the company strategy. Ensure the implementation of these plans to the market in full respect of health policies, national laws, rules, and guidelines- Establish relationship with key stakeholders such as regional health authorities, medical societies, scientific institutions and payers- Manage and coordinate regional market access activities and ensure the alignment with the market access manager and the company strategyactive collaboration with sales, marketing and medical affairs operations to ensure the implementation of these plans to the regional markets in full respect of health policies, regional laws, rules, and guidelinesthe role:analysis:- Develop the business curiosity that allows her/him to know in advance the health measures / pharmaceutical policies and laws that could affect our therapeutic areas at regional and local level- Provides robust market analysis and competitive intelligence data from the regions under her/his responsibility to support the decision-Making process for the affiliate- Support the market access manager in developing local market access strategy- Keeps the market access manager updated at all times through regular reportingmarket access plans- Drive analysis and identify activities, resources needed at local level in order to ensure the accessibility of csl behring products- Prepare, organize and co-Ordinate market access plans in the assigned areas, aligned with market access strategy to ensure that all activities at regional and hospital level maintain the right business focus. These plans must be submitted to the mam for approval- Implement local market access plans and propose interventions in the short, medium, and long term based on the specific needs of each customer, within the approved budgets- Manage the assigned budget, ensuring expenses phasing is in line with forecast and at year-End is on targetaccess:- Ensure the listing of csl behring products in the relevant/defined customers- Provides the sales force with quality information and documents to help differentiate csl behrings products regarding to added value of the productsmapping network:- Identify and create local mapping of decision processes, related to each operation of health policy and systems, identifying the key decision makers related to each process- Help to define the strategic priorities for developing partnership with local health authorities- Ensure the update of market access contacts and docs in the data base (veeva)- Develop and maintain a strategic network of key reimbursement-Related regulators, and opinion leaders at a level that impacts on priority initiativesteamwork:- Develop with the sales, marketing and medical teams the required docs and initiatives supporting the admission of csl behring products in the therapeutic formularies and hospital guidelines- Provide regular updates to the mam about proposals to be decided as well as information about market access activities progress and issues- Systematically coordinate the collection and exchange of information of public interest within the company across interested functions and particularly toward the mamtender:- Contribute to the optimal management of tenders and follow them (tender process) in the assigned areasdemand management:- Manage and run demand planning for brazil in alignment with the gm, driving resourceful analysis and inventory planning by working together with global logistics and the management team brazilyour skills and experience:education:- A graduate degree in a health-Related discipline or other technical area.- Mba, health economics or ma training highly preferredexperience:- At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical companies dealing with health and regulatory stakeholders at both national and local level- Experience in key account management, tender, sales or marketing- Experience in negotiations with local health authorities and hospital management is preferred- Broad knowledge of the plasma protein market is a plusour benefits:we encourage you to make your well-Being a priority.
