You will play a crucial role in overseeing the manufacturing and repair processes, including machining, assembling, planning, and industrial engineering. You will challenge the status quo to improve the process and reduce manufacturing costs, all while ensuring a commitment to safety and work-Life balance. Key responsibilities:lead and manage the assigned operations staff in jundiai, demonstrating intercultural leadership and setting stretching goals.
