The sales manager is responsible for developing and maintaining the sales territory of brazil through a distribution network or via direct sales where appropriate. Accountable for reaching sales and profit goals, developing and maintaining customer relationships and representing the company in a highly professional manner. The essential functions of this position include but are not limited to: Responsible for achieving annual sales and profit objectives. Assume territory management in the whole territory of brazil . Build distributor network in brazil and challenge existing dealer network; Add or change distributors where necessary. Obtain new business and increase recurring sales through relationship selling and distributor management. Provide regular product update and training to distributor management and sales force. Identify key decision makers especially in tender business and build direct relationship. Co-travel with distributors to key customers, key opinion leaders and decision makers in all sales channels and build direct relationship. Maintain knowledge of competitor activity and presence in brazil. Bring ideas for potential new products or product improvements for dissemination to parent company provide timely reporting of pipeline, account and territory management activities. Update crm software with daily contact. Requisitos: Crf experience at medical sector background in medical devices. Experience in setting up and maintaining distributor networks successfully willingness to travel 80%+ Of the time based in brazil fluent portuguese and english preferred.
