YQNLINK is a leading one-stop international logistics online services platform, offering comprehensive international logistics services.‘Simple shipping and easy freight’ is our mission. •Generate business leads internally and externally. •Developing relationships with existing and prospective customers to gain new business opportunities for our major revenue channels. •Identifying and qualifying both company-provided and individually generated sales leads and logging sales effort updates into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. •Scheduling appointments with existing and prospective customers to share industry knowledge, offer trade consulting services, and conduct business forecasts. •Leverage company value proposition to expand customer base. •Drive customer retention and growth through strategic account planning and relationship building. •Generate insights leveraging internal and external business intelligence to report on and drive the business. •Work cross-functionally to review pricing, market penetration, and service KPIs. •Working closely with our Operations, Accounting, and Compliance teams. •Leading and providing guidance to Sales Representative trainees. •Clearly understand the goals, policies, and procedures of the company. Requirement •Bachelor’s degree preferred. •3-5 years prior experience in the busy office environment •Ability to complete multiple tasks consistently, on time with strong attention to detail. •Proficient with current software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. •Proven leadership, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work independently. •Minimum 3+ years of international logistic and transportation industry-related experience. •Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. •Fluent in English and Portuguese.
