Our global sales & service group includes around 4,000 of our people working across 26 sales companies in 100 countries to bring 95% of our products to plays their part in lead generation, building customer relationships, closing orders, servicing, maintenance and troubleshooting. Right now, well also focused on digitising ways of working while still retaining a people-First, face-To-Face approach. By balancing the benefits of both, well further build strong and deep relationships with our customers and better use the increasing amount of available data to define our sales strategies going forward. Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell alfa laval product and services 2. Analyze and understand market insights and the customers buying behaviour and make sales plans according to the business division strategy and targets.3. Look for and manage leads from the market and customers, and convert them in real business opportunities in order to ensure the pipeline.4. Be active in the market and focus on making visits, meetings and interactions to customers, focusing on customer needs understanding and highlighting the value of our products and services5. Runs the commercial operation by managing the customer grid and proactive planning in our tools. Build and maintain a sufficient network at customers6. Develop highly profitable quotes reflecting the customer needs stressing the unique selling points and follow up, and to get a hit-Rate7. Use the crm tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions8. Be active mentor of the field sales engineer team in the sales process9.
