Job title: lead marketing strategy position location: são paulo, brazil hybrid mode (2-3 days/week) at the office. Note: english and spanish are mandatory for this position, please submit resumes in english. Responsibilities: lead and deliver brazil and latam markets marketing strategy lead local innovation plans as well as part of international innovations aligned with international gms devise the overall brand strategies (where to play, how to win) and campaigns with consideration to the international marketing strategy of the company develop communication strategies including brief, tvc, digital video and media mix challenge portfolio marketing mix & seasonal strategy define strategic platform opportunities as well as identify multi-Year go-To-Market strategies across market and channels leverage scale to drive core platforms from design, development and calibration for innovation, seasons, price pack architecture deliver marketing mix modeling strategic approach drive effective and efficient allocation of dmes influence local zone gms into dme investments & choices develop winning go to market strategies and plans that deliver sustainable and targeted share, revenue and margin growth based on both top and bottom-Line growth plans ensure commercial execution including upkeeping the right product, in the right store, for the right price with the right pos based on a detailed understanding of the product, pack, price, and channel dynamics proactively identify opportunities for commercial processes, systems, and people improvement to support the development and implementation of commercial strategies and route to market optimization effectively lead development plans for the marketing team and contribute directly to the overall development of talent in the local office effectively implement mid-Year and year-End performance management and compensation programs for marketing managers along with the gms and work to build sustainable succession pipeline work closely with the gm to build and develop a high-Performance marketing organization help build a digital marketing roadmap oversee management of all digital marketing channels to ensure brand consistency develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction understand consumer and category insights to drive innovation and marketing strategies provide insights and recommendations to influence the general manager and global leadership teams. Qualifications and skills: 15+ years experience in marketing, sales, and/or general management positions within the cpg industry bachelors and/or masters degree preferably in marketing or any related degree in business or social sciences or equivalent strong personality and influencing ability, along with a comprehensive understanding of the marketing function strong core marketing skills augmented by more contemporary marketing tactics and strategies demonstrated results, ideally within cpg marketing, of delivering P&L in difficult operating conditions within the external marketplace digital consumer experience is desirable strong multi-Channel experience in drug, convenience, grocery, mass, and other channels.
