As a pm/bd, youll be part of our operations team and help bring these experiences to is a senior role position meant for seasoned project/bd managers in the gaming or consumer events space who want to craft amazing experiences for students to play, connect and earn with one another. Youll be the point person who makes sure projects run well from start to finish, as well as continuing our knack of going the extra mile in anything we be responsible to connect with partners such as sponsor and publishers in order to close deals and maintain a good relationship with :- Own end-To-End management of assigned projects to make sure they are delivered on-Time, within budget and of the world-Class quality acadarena is known for.- Preparing detailed project plans and resource requirements, as well as managing resource availability for assigned projects.- Building out the appropriate working committee for a given project by collaborating cross-Region and cross-Department, including creatives, marketers and operation staff.- Tracking project status, providing updates and managing relationships with all stakeholders - Ensuring the project is of the utmost quality.- Track, reach and sustain the relationship with potential partners for aas projects.- Projects you would work on include:- Varsity leagues, like the university alliance cup- Commercial events, like conquest festival- Client projects, such as our recent msi gaming arenaqualifications:- industry professional. 4+ years in project management or business development- Ideally in the gaming or consumer event space. Experience in products catering primarily to students is a plus.- operations aficionado. Has a proven track record in managing events and budgets of all kinds from start-To-Finish. Convention experience or having worked with international clients are big plusses!- business developer. You can scout, reach and deal with all potential clients, partners and sponsors before, during and after the campaign. Close deals and execute with excellence all deliverables.- tools of the trade. Proficient with industry-Standard tools and practices for project management such as notion and google sheets. You should be good with numbers and know how to make a gantt chart.- team player.
