If you want to be part of our mission and help save patients by getting them the latest treatments, join us!The cluster office manager is a key member of the latam team and represents the primary internal point of coordination between the cluster affiliates and the functions on one side and between affiliates and the external vendors on the other side. You will work closely with the country manager and senior leadership to develop the internal administrative processes and ensure their smooth com reports to the country manager, brazil and colombia and will be based in são as the point of contact between country manager and team membersact as the point of contact between medison latam affiliates and the third-Party vendorssupport the office affiliates administrationorganize the registration, uploading and archiving of the relevant internal and external documents (eg contracts etc) into the internal platforms (eg teams, sharepoint etc) to ensure the financial and compliance the purchase orders (po) process including collection of the related invoices and digital archiving invoices received from suppliers to be properly prepared and to comply with the products/services offered by a local superuser/ lead for netsuite to ensure appropriate vendor management, invoicing, raising pos, and budget and register the mers (monthly expense reports) of the cluster into the internal platforms (eg teams, sharepoint etc)organize the travel & accommodation of employees from the cluster for business trips and archives all necessary documentation as per the approved support for purchasing the it goods, preparing, and sending the goods, prepare the needed a monthly overview of employee days of work, holidays, and other in organizing all (e.G. Medical or commercial) events at the national and/ or international level for the affiliates within the employee experience activities: administrative onboarding, events, and point of contact for admin in the implementation of various internal and external in preparing and submitting applications to the key authorities (eg health authorities, regulatory bodies, hta committees etc)support the compliance and finance teams to prepare correctly and during partners audits and on ad-Hock-Related vendor management including establishing and validating new vendors into our systemssupport the medical team with kol / speaker the marketing & medical departments initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of with the implementation and training of medisons workflows and relevant support for the cluster affiliates to compliantly report the sponsorships to the local authorities as per the local general administrative and ohs support for the cluster in english, portuguese and spanishuniversity degreeexperience at least 10 years in an administrative role, with a minimum of 5 years in pharma (ideally a start-Up environment)self-Starter, problem solver and proactive by management skills and good financial understandingmust have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create collaborative and a team playerhighly motivated, organized, committed, curious, with attention to detail, assertive, empathetic, results oriented, capable to adapt to change and capable to complete tasks that have been communication skills, open and pro-Activeable to communicate effectively with multiple cultures, understands how to operate remotely across multiple countries Closing date for applications is august, 25th 2023.
