We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our Brazil operation the TeamThe team is responsible to building the Fashion category in Brazil. The job scope will mainly be building a strong presence for TikTok Commerce, introducing high potential brands/merchants to commerce platform, and driving their growth with other teams & external partners in TikTok 1. Design and execute sub-Category growth strategy for the business - To define goals, identify opportunities and design approaches2. Identify, acquire and incubate potential multi- Brand principals, distributors and merchants to support category growth3. Discover innovative collaborative models that fit into merchants short-Term and long-Term development plans, and invest platform resources effectively and efficiently4. Solve key challenges in business growth by strong collaboration with cross-Function teams5. Own internal projects to contribute to the ecosystem as a whole (including campaigns, product launches, B2B marketing.6. Connect with the category industry and help them understand how to thrive in TikTok 1. 2+ years experience in e-Commerce business a mixed experience in both platform side and brand/merchant side is highly preferred2. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills3. A good team player, fast learner and open to changes4. Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and strong in problem solving5. Familiar with TikTok and other content platforms experience in content-Based e-Commerce is highly preferred6. Strong connections with brands and distributors are preferred7.
