Conduct automated testing using selenium to verify the functionality, performance, and security of salesforce applications. Perform manual testing to identify issues and areas of improvement in the salesforce environment. Collaborate with the development team to understand new features and enhancements, ensuring proper test coverage. Participate in test case reviews, bug triaging, and defect resolution processes. Identify, report, and track bugs using jira, and follow through to resolution. Work closely with cross-Functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure a smooth testing process. Continuously improve and optimize the testing processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Stay up-To-Date with the latest salesforce features, updates, and best practices related to testing. Requirements skills and qualifications: bachelors degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a qa engineer with a focus on salesforce testing, functional testing, regression testing. Strong experience in automation testing using selenium. Proficient in manual testing methodologies and best practices. Solid understanding of functional, non-Functional, smoke testing, black box and white box testing and in admin worked on sales cloud, service cloud, and marketing cloud, salesforce crm analysis, administration and different security levels of testing. Solid understanding of the salesforce platform, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, etc. Hands-On experience with jira for bug tracking and project management. Knowledge of test automation frameworks and best practices. Familiarity with apex, visual force, and lightning components is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-Solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-Paced development environment.
