Sound interesting?Then come and join our global team as senior product manager (R&D)role description- We are seeking a highly motivated product manager to join our R&D team, focusing on the development and management of digital healthcare product and solutions.- The product manager will play a crucial role in defining product vision - Including costs and high levelrequirements, business case, understanding market needs, and working closely with business and cross-Functional teams to translate idea, problems and strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes and keep up-To-Date on all developments essential to achieving desired outcomes with aim to develop and launch innovative products and prototype that fully meet customer requirements and drive business and experience details:- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer internal business areas needs to identify opportunities for new product, prototype development and enhancement- Establish and communicate a compelling product vision that aligns with company goals and market/internal demands- Create buy-In for the product vision both internally and with key external partners- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to transform product concepts into detailed requirements, user stories, and functional prototypes- Actively participate of creation of contracts and proper documentation for hiring partners in which will attend the product development- Develop and implement project costs and high-Level requirements, business case, understanding market needs- Prioritize and manage product development activities based on business impact, customer value, and resource constraints to deliver product with quick time-To-Market and optimal resources- Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and make data-Driven decisions to refine product offerings and inform future strategies- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to promote product adoption and gather market insightsskills:- Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent experience.- Hybrid model, going to the office once a month- Availability to work in são paulo- Advanced english to communicate with global team- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the healthcare or digital solutions domain- Demonstrated success in developing, launching, and managing products throughout their life cycle- Strong technical background with a solid understanding of software development and web technologies- Experience working effectively with cross-Functional teams in a dynamic, fast-Paced environment- Customer-Centric approach, with a focus on understanding and addressing user needs- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneouslyour global team:we are a team of 66,000 highly dedicated employees across more than 70 countries passionately pushing the boundaries of whats possible in healthcare to help improve peoples lives around the world.
