You will join a dynamic and fast-Paced environment and will work closely with cross-Functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure the successful development and launch of a Video Conference Product Manager at you will be responsible for driving the development and growth of our video conference integrations and working closely with video conference skills- Bachelors degree in a related field (e.G. Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing)- Proven experience in product management or a related field- Experience with agile development methodologies- Solid technical background and/or hands-On experience in software development and web technologies- Experience developing video conference products is a plus- Experience with customer success- Advanced English- Excellent negotiation skills- Strong problem-Solving and analytical skills- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Ability to work effectively in a fast-Paced, dynamic environmentWhat youll do ?- Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with the companys strategic goals and objectives- Conduct market research and design discovery to identify customer needs and trends, and translate the insights into actionable product improvements- Collaborate with cross-Functional teams to define product requirements and deliver high-Quality products on time and on budget- Analyze and report on key metrics to measure the success of products and identify areas for improvement- Lead product launch efforts, including working with marketing to develop go-To-Market strategies and sales to prepare for product rollouts- Build and maintain relationships with key partners and customers to gather feedback and insightsBenefits ?Wherever you are our goal is to make your routine as a Rocketeer feel enjoyable, exciting, and comfortable, so if you are remote or working from our office in Porto Alegre (Brazil) youll receive a set of benefits to improve your work experience!
